Ive really been thinking for a while that I need to get healthy and loose a little bit of weight. Im not giving myself a pity party and saying I need to loose loads but over the last year I have gone over my average weight that I’m happy at. I was actually at a smaller weight when I was pregnant with Charlie than I am now!!
Its not just about loosing weight, a massive part of it is just living a cleaner healthier lifestyle. Its so true that you are what you eat…. Im always thinking about what I’m making for the boys for breakfast lunch and dinner that I end up eating rubbish in-between and drinking millions of cups of tea, making me feel so sluggish and crap.

I won’t go into it in too much detail but I do suffer from anxiety on a daily basis and I’m hoping that eating better will help my mind set along side loosing weight.
